I was a late fitness enthusiast and worked out very little until I was in my 30’s. Staying motivated to workout has always been a struggle of mine. I try to take it more seriously the older I get. Getting back into it after the pandemic has been challenging. Here I will share all the ups, downs and bits of motivation that I find along the way.
As someone that has never been a devoted fitness buff, I am always concerned about form and if I am doing an exercise properly. I also think that it is important to start off with the smallest investment and simple movements as building blocks until you are ready to commit. Here we will find our groove together starting with the basics.
